Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. Your computer will show you your basket after each product you buy, and then automatically return you to the top of the page you added your last product from. After you have finished your selection, click on the checkout button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and solo only. If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will covert your payment from Great British pounds into your local currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail. Alternativly if you would prefer to pay by cheque simply continue through the checkout until after you've selected your country of delivery. This is to allow the system to calculate the delivery charge. Then print out your basket buy clicking on the icon under it. Send this with a cheque for the relevent amount made payable to doart.co.uk and your order will be processed as normal. This may slow down the process but we will endevour to supply your goods as quickly as possible.

Shipping And Handling Postage and packaging is FREE on all orders over £40. Smaller orders will incur a charge for P&P but this charge will not exceed £4.95 within the UK and will be stated when you proceed to checkout.

We are also able to ship overseas. You will automatically be charged a £10 delivery charge for any items send outside the UK, we will endevour to lower this, however, depending upon the items ordered and the location and will contact you if we are able to do so. Unfortunatly we are currently unable to deliver items to Nigeria.

All prices stated for orders placed for delivery overseas will still have prices quoted in GBP. The transaction will be converted to local currencies via the your local credit or debit card company on your statement at the exchange rate set by them. Unfortunatly we are unable to give prices in any other currency due to the differing rates used by the different companies.

Delivery Schedule We aim to despach goods with 48 hours of the reciept of an order. On occasion this may not be possible and where possible we will contact you to imform you of any potential delay in despach. Once despached items should be delivered within 24 hours although our external carriers do ask for 5 days to deliver items. If you have any special requiremnts or require more information plase do not hesitate to contact us.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Uk law requires VAT at 17.5% to be added to all purchases. If you are exempt from this tax please reclaim this from HM Customs & Excise.

Credit Card Security Doart.co.uk endevour to keep you details safe. All card transactions are sent through a Protx secured server which has advanced levels of security including:

1. Credit/debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions. A practically unbreakable code!
2. Sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls.
3. Additional security measures include a security key that is used to produce an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often used as digital signatures as they cannot be reversed to obtain the original information. They allow the receiver to validate that the information received is identical to that sent.

We use specialist e-commerce software to ensure that your orders can only be unencrypted once they arrive with us. There are no known cases of security breaches using the Actinic Business software we use.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy As part of our no quibble guarantee we will refund the value of any goods returned to us within 30 days of invoice as long as they remain in the original packaging. These items should be returned directly to obtain the refund.

Faulty or damaged goods should be reported to us as soon as possible to enable us to arrange a pick up or disposal and for the value of both the goods and any delivery charge to be refunded.
