Duo Plus System Mount Cutter (LONG-L034)
The Duo Plus has the same high specification and unique Longridge cutting technology as the Duo but is considerably longer for handling big sheets of mountboard and cutting larger window mounts, making it the model of choice for professional use as well as with many hobbyists.
As with the Duo System, the vertical cutter and integral squaring facility allows the mountboard sheet to be cut down to size squarely and accurately. The combination of the mount stop and the bevel cutter stops ensures perfectly cut beveled edge windows with no over cutting in the corners.

The Longridge bevel cutter is at the heart of all Longridge mount cutting systems. Its unique design means that minimal effort is needed to achieve a precise and clean cut. It is comfortable to use, even for extended periods when cutting a large number of mounts. (Blades not included.)
The bevel cutter can be set for either right or left handed use making it fully ambidextrous. However, since it is not practicable to keep changing the set of the blade, we do strongly recommend ordering a second bevel cutter if both right and left handed people will be using any Longridge Mount Cutting Systems regularly

Pencils for Marker Gauge
A hard pencil is more accurate for marking out. Half size is the correct length for use with the Marker Gauge. Full length is too unwieldy.
As we have been told that many people are finding these increasing difficult to source we now offer a blister pack of four 3H pencils. They are supplied factory sharpened with a particularly long profile. This is not critical and to re-sharpen, a normal sharpener can be used.
